Pulled the nearside front hub off today. The bearing is shot. Looks like it may have been locking up and causing the problems. There are loads of bits of bearing inside. Cheers guys

It' Not the wheel bearing. When driving there is a loud chattering from below the floor then the wheels lock up. Must be the gearbox or transfer case

I'e taken the drivers side front wheel off. I think it' the wheel bearing. I think with the cold the one shot grease has gone solid in the bottom of the hub. I'e put some ep90 in and run it with the wheel off and it seems to be working ok again now. It had vibrated most of the bolts loose that...
