    help on lightweight

    Ive suddenly developed what sounded like an exhaust blowing, and a lack of power, but on inspection its noise coming from the air inlet. The engine ticks over OK but 'growls' when picking up. All plugs are firing but if I remove No2 or 3 HT lead it doesn't seem to make any difference to the tick...

    Im running a lightweight that feels as if the back end is pulling one way when you take your foot of the accelerator and the other way when you put the gas on again!     Fairy Overdrive HELP

    Dont know if this is the correct place to post - sorry if not. Can anybody help? I need to know the thread size on the drain plug of a fairy overdrive. Got the thing apart at the moment and found the thread stripped :doh: need to helicoil the casing. Much appreciated if anybody can answer this.
