Have you checked the red plug on your ecu for oil? Could be the the old leaking injector loom problem.

Check for oil in the injector loom. Its a common problem and easy to fix with loads of threads about it. Also check your MAF sensor. Mine was nackered and that caused a delay in accelleration. Thats also an easy fix, but hard to diagnose unless you have engine diagnostic equipment like a...

Mine did exactly the same. The MAF sensor was nackered. As soon as I replaced it, it was right as rain. Make sure you buy a genuine one though, the cheap ones on ebay are useless. If you know someone with a Nanocom, you can check it with that, just to be certain.

Let me know how you get on; in particular how you attach the fuel line to the fuel pump. I'm not sure if I need to buy a metal fuel pick up, or slide some 5mm stiff fuel line into the pump and attach it to the nipple with the Land Rover rubber hose and jubilee clips.

If you've got the higher spec 10as alarm unit (green box behind the instrument binnacle), you can wire the central locking actuators into it directly and control the central locking with your alarm plippers. See here
