    Freelander Commercial 5dr

Can you still buy a new Freelander Commercial? I know the Disco is available but there's no mention on the LR site of the Freelander. I want one to use as a commercial not as a VAT free family car but can't afford a Disco so looking at Freelander and also Shogun SWB commercial. Thanks!

    Bikini hood sticks question

Hi guys, Might be a stupid question but I'm trying to understand the bikini hood stick arrangement. Can I just use the standard first hoop behind the cab or would I need a different hoop which would add to the cost? Thanks, Andrew

    Removing Series gear knob

Is it a case of brute force?! Got the replacement and it doesn't seem to be threaded. Previous one was doesn't seem keen to come off. Should I just get the grips on it? Thanks, tried a search but no joy.

    How to clean fibreglass roof

I've used it extensively on my cars but never specifically on a series LR roof. Beyond my personal recommendation I'm sure google will present videos of interest. Good luck.

    How to clean fibreglass roof

If it's rust/contamination try a product called IronX. It's a detailing product that makes bonded fillings/fallout "bleed" out of the paint. Fascinating.

    Couple of questions about originality

Thanks for some really helpful responses. Going to buy a couple of books to help with future questions. Rather than replace the heater I'll do a bit of a summer refurb on the existing one and see where we get to. It's actually producing heat at the moment. So it isn't dire but I expect it has...

    2.25 petrol running very cold

Hi, Recently acquired Series 3 ragtop with 2.25 petrol. Running sweet at the moment. Probably did about 55/60 miles yesterday in total on A roads through a couple of towns and down a couple of farm tracks. Gauge never climbed out of the white "C" part of the gauge. I believe the gauge is...

    Couple of questions about originality

Morning All! I picked up first a Series this weekend (I've had moderns before) and I'm over the moon with it. It's an early series 3 ragtop in limestone white. Still has the 2.25 petrol and it doesn't seem to have been overly meddled with. Now, I'm not a rivet counter, nothing against people...

Land Rover 90 200 TDI - Very nice

In the end I went for a really smart (in my eyes!) series 3. Finding a good, clean LR 90/110 for around £5k seemed like an impossible task which is why I was so keen on this one. It's just donkey work I think, even with cash in your back pocket. Good luck though!

Land Rover 90 200 TDI - Very nice

I Pm'd the seller myself a while ago with a mobile. Genuine buyer but didn't hear anything back. So genuine in fact I've bought a different one now. Think he might have sold it?

    Which stockist? Recessed isolator key

Really?! I can't find a single one of the type I mean in the box that you cut into the seat box. Do you have any item numbers I could search with?

    Dimensions help

Thanks for both responses. I've snapped it up because it should definitely fit. Thanks again.

    Which stockist? Recessed isolator key

A little while ago I spotted one of the parts suppliers were doing a red key isolator within a black recessed box that you cut into the seat box so that the key couldn't be knocked and I thought it would look quite neat fitted. Planned to buy one. Now I can't find it again anywhere. Can anyone...

    Dimensions help

Morning all, I need a little help from someone with a series 3 and a measuring tape. I don't collect my first S3 until this weekend all being well but I've been looking for a dog box for the back. There's a particular brand that I prefer and have in my other car and one has come up locally at...
