I've been lucky enough to have a best friend who's a Landy nut and I have eventually caught the bug! He's said the best way to learn is to do the job and learn as you go, so I've taken him literally and bought an '87 110 CW and stripped it right down and am rebuilding it with a 300TDI engine and drivetrain from a Disco. It's slow going with my beginner's skills (or lack of!) but I'm loving it and enjoying being able to give the old girl a new lease of life!
