it was primered first and painted in 2 part paint once this was hardened off it was then coated in gravi guard made by upol and then was given a coat of tetra shultz hope this helps buddy

i have purchased a new terrafirma md 2" lift kit .. hd clutch.. full polybush kit (not ****part)..
braided brake lines .. galv turrets and spring holders .. new 200 tdi propshaft and conversion kit ..
new wheel spacers and wide arches .. egr delete .. ali rad ..

the difflock was stiff so i thought its not been offroad for a while thats a good sign ...i had a good poke around whilst i was there and it had a few scabs but all in all it was pretty tidy...
or so i thought ..
when i got it home on dads MOT ramp it came to light that if they had spent as much...

After buying my 300 tdi from sheffield .. and being assured it was one of the cleanest 300 tdi around i made the trek from cornwall to sheffield ...
and here she is a lovely 3 door 300 tdi with 104k on the clock...

Hi all when i rev the engine should my boost pipes get hard??
I am suffering sluggishness and when revving the pipes expand but do not get hard .. i can hear the turbo whistling but does not feel like its kicking in ..

I have never driven a 3 door .. I bet they feel quite tight inside .. I am 6ft 8 and 20 stone lol

I was trawling through the post on here last night ...and there is a lot of them ..
but one stuck in my mind when I woke up this morning ..
I cant seem to find it now but one member stated that removing your cat on a derv will fail an MOT, and another member asked when the MOT myth will die...

the shocks do have a different part number.
thanks for the info guys when my shocks get a bit worn out I will replace with standard suspension to get a comfier ride

I have a few questions about my hippo...
am i right in saying that the sport is lower and stiffer than a standard freebie??
so... as the struts are different are the hub mounting holes in different places than standard to overcome the camber issue when lowered.. if i was to replace...
