how do i write on the lz live?

hello i have a freelander td4. while driving it sort of loses power for a second and black smoke comes out of the exhaust. lots of black smoke while driving up a hill like in 2nd 3rd gears. ive had it a year never put oil in as it hasnt gone down which is odd but the oil is very black can someone help? thanks in advance
