    Well I got there in the end but what a pulaver (if that’s how you spell it). My problem turned out not to be the switch but rather the raised ramp on the back of the drive cog not activating the switch because it was all misaligned too far one way. God knows how because it always used to work...

    Thanks to Jamesmartin I’ve finally resolved the wiper issues. It was the motor to focus on but I managed not to have to replace it. I dismantled it completely and on doing so noted the wheel was badly lined with the worm drive so simply reshimmed it and now all’s well and smiling again.…until...

    Not so much a parking problem, rather they now just don’t switch off unless I apply very slight upward pressure to the stick switch on the steering column … although I have replaced that and still does the same!!

    Can anyone point me in the right direction? The wipers on my 2002 Td5 110 have thrown a wobbler. Fast and normal speed , fine. Intermittent and off position just continue and randomly squeal whilst going into 1 slow motion seeep before parking. Thought it must be the switch on the column so...
