word of caution:....never overtighten the filler plugs..even if they are weaping...or else u'll find out the hard way like i did...the filler plug on the diffs when over tightened.. i guess touches the innards of the moving parts of the diffs.....and one fine day the filler plug pops out tearing...

check presence of oil in coolant, take a whiff of expansion tank when engine is running, check expansion tank cap(ie the valve system should be working). my bet would be a busted head gasket. Adi

me cleaned the radiator couple o days back...including on the outside...rads is in good condition externally. did d las oil change aboot 2500km back. wil be doing the thermostat boiling water check....any dos n dont i shud keep in me mind when doing the check? yeah me give them pipes a good...

well...i did..actualy heres what i did...correct me if the procedure i followed is wrong... start engine...warm it up...open radiator cap...top it up...close cap. fil up expansion tank about an inch below cap....close cap...test drive...stop idle a min...switch off engine...start...30 sec...

i hv the problem on the wiper motors on my 110...even after spraying the motor with wd40...still get that 'wheeer wheeeer' noise....any ideas anyone...?
