Just a quick update on this. The slight judder did disappeared with use. So that’s good news 😃

Yes that would be nice!! Shame, but i expect they are being made in china for not very much at all and therefore the quality is ever going to be great……..

That's certainly an option, my MOT is on the 6th August if it passes i'll just live with it, its very slight.

Hi There! Well the replacement Britpart Drums are on and there is just still a very slight judder. A bit disappointing, but I guess i'll have to live with it?!? So long as it passes the MOT in August!!
Thanks again everyone for your knowledge on this :-)))

Hi! That’s great to hear thank you for looking it up. The replacements haven’t turned up yet! Fingers crossed they will be ok like yours! I’ll let you know how I get on when they arrive…..

This is all very interesting. Who would have guessed they would be difficult to produce! I’m really pleased I didn’t through away the originals as they have life left in them. It’s just the outside edge has some bits missing through corrosion! Anyway I will let you know how I get on with the...

I would be pleased to hear...

Hi Andrew
Sorry for the delay…..
Yes I think you might be right. The lever catches the existing spring loaded cable attachment.
It looks like I’m going to have to make something, but that won’t be until winter now as I’m busy with work. If you figure it out keep me posted! Anything I find out...

They are a proper steering company and you can talk to them and if you’re local call in!
I had a chat with them before I went head….
Good luck!
