Replaced track rod and ends last Aug. Noticed today the rubber covers have split already. Cant be right, unless I just bought crap ! Suggestions for replacement covers please. 2008 110 commercial. Cheers all

Just fitted new calipers and pads to rear. convinced I have the right parts. Caliper dimensions all the same. Brake pad set arrived with new pins and springs but pins too short ! Pads fit with old pins. However there is allot of clearance between pads and disk ( before bleeding and testing) ...

I can understand the splines stripping but a solid steel shaft breaking would take some force !

They had lots of play and the britpart one piece ones were a decent price and simple. Will report back on any difference once I have finished refurbing brakes, being done at same time.

Clearly I was showing my ignorance re diffs. With both wheels off the ground the half shafts are engaged with each side if the spider. With no torque on the spider from the transfer ring, of course the wheels simply turn in opposite directions. Every day a shool day.

Just popped a wheel back on so I could see other side. Yes indeed one CW the other ACW.

Just put britpart heavy duty one piece half shafts into my 2008 110. I think I have followed correct procedure but!! I may have cocked up or just being ignorant of drive trains or both. Its up in axel stands both sides new shafts in. I am confused that both sides spin freely and dont seem to...
