Its an N Reg. Headlights side and main beam all seem to work OK. Sorry. When I said "nothing works" I meant, the wipers don't work at all on any of the settings.

Clutch pedal stuck to floor and being forcable pulled up by hand is common of the clutch arm failing where the pivot balls pushes through it. This is very comon. I have a feeling this is your issue ?
