It used to have but somebody has removed all the SPi stuff and fitted it with a Carb.

I'm in a similar situation. A mate of mine had a 1992 Mini Cooper which was in need of some loving. I jokingly asked if he would sell it (expecting a ridiculous price) and the next thing I know, it's all mine. Engine doesn't run but body wise it isn't actually all that bad. Hoping to get it...
