Afternoon kindly folk. New bloke here, got a second motor, its an 07 Freelander 2 diesel SE

It keeps throwing electrical faults, ie several system checks on a short trip, opening windows on opening, failing to unlock etc.

Ive been looking for a reputable local (Blackpool) mechanic / electrician to have a look and give me a heads up as to whether a new BCM is required.

Any assistance massively appreciated, cheers folks.

First check is the charging system and state of battery, if in doubt, put a nice new battery on it, and then see if faults persist

Welcome to the forum. Sorry can't help with a local mechanic but hope you get it sussed out soon.
