    Hello. On freelander diesel models. Are they 2000c or 2.5 ? I am looking to sell my defender ex military na for freelander as defender is now impractical for my daily use. But I am not sure which model is good. Any advice or tips please

    2.5 n/a. Straight from army. The Wolf. Craig b yes good idea try bleed first. Will do. If not then overhaul of all systems might be the way forward. New master and Slave and flex hose.

    Hi. Got question. My clutch pedal goes to floor when starting from cold each morning. After engine start and few pumping I get clutch back to firmness It is hydraulics problem or air vacuum ? I suppose bleeding first cold work if not maybe leak via slave ?

    U can buy straight thro pipe but I think the rules of mot now has changed. Not sure mate my ex mod na has box in middle and the tester said that has to be fitted but the rear silencer don't.

    Marvellous. My clutch has gone in the ex mod na defender today. Looks like the fork arm has been punched throu by the ball of slave Guess I need a engine crane now to change it.

    Ah right so filing the ends to match the curve Ok and I will check again on the shoes directions. Trailing sit at the back the leading is in front or vice versa etc will have a look at weekend cheers

    Erm good question. I believe it is fitted correctly. As one of the shoes has the pin attached for the spring to hold on to Could I be possible that the mancurfactor put the pin onto wrong shoe ?? I will take pic and put it on here and go from there
