I put a new fuel filter on lately and undid the bleed screw slightly to flush the air out of the system, when tightening it back up it felt to start tightening and then get slacker. I stopped in fear that it would either break off or thread the screw.
I can't find a part number for the screw alone save buying the entire housing. Do you reckon I put a little silicone around the screw to seal it? Or perhaps use some of that plumbers tape (Can't remember its name, really thin tape for wrapping around threaded screws) or should I take the screw out and see if B&Q have a similar screw?
