Almost finished the engine rebuild after flooding the engine during a river crossing.

Measured the run out of the fly wheel and its 0.15mm (max is meant to be 0.07mm).

Is this a major problem? It's a 200tdi so I was just going to spit on it and stick it back on?

Could result in clutch judder but this is just a guess. How and with what did you measure it?

Are you sure the crank did not move a back/forth a knatts cock as you rotated it? ie the amount of play in the crank thrust bearing.
That's a good point - maybe although the part of the fly wheel that has more run out is the same every rotation if you get me and across a largish fraction of the wheel which makes me think its not the crank play

I'll double check tho

If it is the wheel, need a new one/get it skimmed?

Think only the other week someone on here was selling a freshly skimmed 200 flywheel.
As it is an arse job to get box out once the car is together I would be inclined to sort it out while it is easy to get at.
