    Must BE sae90? Ok Will buy that. I notice there are oil leaks on the bottom of the gear box and transfer box. Should i buy new gaskets for the bottom cases opening before putting new oil?

    Sorry not of the top of my head, but i will check later today, but the new hoses come with the connectors, if you are changing the Y section then it will just plug straight back into the hoses, jubilee clips can be used if the original stainless...

    Likely not had any oil changes for ages. Nice thing with a series is gearbox, transfer box and axles all use the same 80/90 gear oil.

    Only One spring was found on the seletor, só that explained why it was hard to find first gear. Cleaned a bit (look at all that goo) and added a second spring i had around and seems much easier :)

    Yes, that's my experience of the R380 too. It doesn't like changing gear at all if there's any power getting transmitted. There might be a tiny bit of movement coming through with the clutch disengaged, because after all, the gearbox input shaft...
