My air on has quit on me and I’m told that it’s a leaking pipe behind the engine. However I’m also told that the engine has to come out to fix it. Has anyone on here had this issue and fixed it without removing the engine. TIA.

That's them. Thanks for your help. It has never had steps on while I've owned it so they must have been cut down a long while back. I can;t recall removing the left over bits but they can head for the scrap. Cheers

Since there's only two holes at the upper edge of where the light guards go, does that mean it will only accept the hinged type of guard, I wonder?

Import it to the UK and rent it out as a rugged mobile home. You’ll recoup some of your costs, whilst allowing ample time to get a better idea of the market.

On my headlamps the lenses appear clear without any pattern and both the main beam and dipped beam bulbs look to be standard halogen. So im assuming you cant flatten the light via a lever.

The thing is though it drove faultlessly for a week after the galv chassis was fitted, but I will go out now and give the pipes at the tank and crossmember an other check and report back cheers for the help.

You did thanks ! From what I can see the zenon bulbs have a shaft which runs up the outside of the Bulb. And give off a much whiter appearance I just checked and both my bulbe are just standard halogen.

Normally they end up being destroyed so have a couple small jubilee clips to replace them👍 You'll find one end can be levered off🤔
