Can you remove the bulb holder from the other side & see if it works in the bad lens? Unsure if the wiring is linked through the bulb/holder.
Need a voltage reader and find the correct cable & trace the wire back to the light that does not work.
Wonder if there may be an issue with the yellow/black wire there, or the spring itself as they do break after a bit of time (although generally more reliable in "newer" cars).
