Hi Keith, I am in the final stages now, I just need to connect the fuel lines and the gearbox earth wire. It's been 6 months in the making, just been taking it easy and extremely carefully. Thanks

Yes sounds plausible — although it’s the kind of thing I’d expect a mechanic to check when they were setting up a new clutch. The guy who did it is experienced and trustworthy. Would you expect it to be done at the same time? Maybe I’m wrong...

In that case check each of the ground points. It any are rusty, then clean them up & re-fix. Can't do any harm whil;e you're saving for the Nanocom !! Many years ago, the one on RH front door pillar was going bad on my green P38. The symptom...

I shall be going off for a 3 day cycling trip to Cambs next month. It has been a rather sudden decision. So I am scrambling to get the delta trike "match fit". The seat fabric has mostly perished and I need to replace it, but they no longer...

Possible there was no free play at clutch master cylinder rod, the result is like someone riding the clutch pedal all the time . Clutch does not fully engage and so slips some and will wear out quick.

... I had our chimney swept last week. It had not been done since the log-burner was installed 5 years ago and the chimney liner installed. I was rather surprised at the amount of pure black soot that was pulled out of the liner. Easily 2...

Hi everyone. My clutch went a couple of weeks ago (1993 110 200TDi). It started slipping slightly and within about 30 miles I had almost no power. The vehicle had to be recovered to the local Land Rover workshop. They replaced the clutch with a...

I would hazzard a guess and say they do far more damage than crows. I know in certain parts of London, Paraquets are the hooligan bird due to their numbers.

I have a friend who is a windscreen fitter, it's well known that various RR products leak through the screen, behind the dash and into the loom and ECUs, requiring replacement. I would sell whatever vehicle you have and buy something decent.

If its a 2a with a cross shaft it's pretty straightforward if I remember correctly. Just gravity bleed ours with no problem, guess you could take the transmission tunnel or floor out if you wanted, pretty straightforward.
