What did you put it up for out of interest? I mean it is still generally hard times for people but there will be plenty out there with cash waiting for the right project. You can't really go too far wrong with something thats already been...

It seems my problem here has morphed into another one. The good news is that it wasn't the sound of the water pump failing. The not so good news is that it's the starter getting stuck on the flywheel. That explains the sound continuing briefly...

Thanks for the replies - I'll keep a close eye on fluids - it's pure water so hopefully it's the a/c but does it whether or not it's been on. It dries up and leaves no marks on the drive. As Freddie17 says its coming out near the prop tunnel :-)

Sorry, the text failed to add. You could try contacting these guys, to ask whether they provide a purchasable item.

There is nothing for second row doors, isn’t it?

Just the bog standard ones, I don't tend to fit polybushes
  • tottot
Were the duff bush's poly type or metalastic type. Six month's is a short time for any type. There sure are some poor quality parts about these days.

I kind of presume its ok as i have tried pressing it down at different levels and only when its fully down i can hear a solenoid or something switching , try again with it not fully down and no sounds are heard !

Fuse-1 feeds lots of things. With the fuse removed the contacts will always have 12V on one side & 0V on the other. Fault finding the window switch pack needs the fuse installed, or it cannot work !! Ordered a Nanocom yet ??

The RAVE procedure is less than ideal because it does not mention the Jatco Fluid Level plug or how to top-up correctly. 1. After draining old fluid, refit the drain plug. 2. Remove the Level Plug - see picture & make absolutely sure you remove...

HI, I had a functioning gear box on RR L322 3.6 TDV8 Auto before I jacked up front end to change control arms. I expected some suspension issues on lowering it back but no errors showing. Took it for a test drive and its as though the clutch is...

I'm not sure how many more new tools my shed can take :D Yeah I mean its fun up to a point, but it does get a little frustrating when I can't take her out for a drive when I feel like it. I'm trying to get more things sorted now as I want to...

As Arctic suggests it is probably nothing to be concerned about, or you will have probably noticed. But saying that, you have what looks like a heat shield there so, possibly rubber or plastic pipes behind ? Clean the area shown and see if it...

I have a little used (never raced rolled or rallied) LOR Power/Extreme clutch and cover for sale, fits all the 300 or 200tdi engines. It was originally fitted in May last year (24) and has done less than 1000 miles. Will get some better pics if...

I don't have much experience of either side yet really, but at least poly bushes are much easier to change again. I didn't even get much of a test drive in as the damn thing decided to start cutting out on me after like 15 mins. I thought I...

No. Unfortuantly not, I did not find any new or second hand and am currently running with bare doors. I am not sure if I will bother with the diy route or not. I have other pressures on my time and they are fairly low down the Land Rover work...
