Hello all, I have recently imported a LR4 SCV6 into the UK and the only thing that stands in the way of getting the car registered is finding the engine number. I know the location of the engine number but I can't simply get to it. I tried...

Thanks so much. While I wait for the part, can I use some Billy Mays leak stopping tape to plug it, or will that pull something into the turbo and kill my engine?

I absolutely agree. I have shut off all notifications now. Just leave those who need a new hobby to their own devices.

Switch off keyless entry, it stops the doors being unlocked by people using scanners. Later model Land Rovers have all had extra security added during software updates making them difficult to steal hence insurance premiums lowering. Ghosts are...

Pool of engine oil on the drive! It looks like it is blowing out of the little pipe on the right hand front of the engine, which I believe is for vacuum oil draining. The rubber cap is missing which may mean nothing and may be a red herring...

Have bridged across the stop light switch. Still no live feed so I think I have a break or something in the loom. Have just found on one of the large block connectors a purple wire, thicker than all the rest with what appears to be a bullet end...
