Zenith 361V Carb Leak

I've tried starting my Series II this afternoon after a long spell on the drive but once I'd started it seemed to be running very rich then I noticed that fuel was leaking out of the hole shown on the picture attached.

Can anybody advise what I need to do to fix this?

Sticking float needle at a guess - strip, clean and rebuild. Get a gasket set first - or a full rebuild kit if you can get one - 'cos the gaskets often break up when you take the carb apart. Instructions and drawings in the book.
