Yet another oil leak...

Ok, i have a healthy oil leak from the joint between the reap propshaft joint and the handbrake drum on my S1 300tdi.

I cant figure out why its coming out there and not through the drum??

Easy fix or not??

Transfer box oil seal ?

If its the output shaft which i suspect, does it need a puller to get the hub/flange off or any special tools.???
