Ah yeah see a small animal stuck in the belt would do it 
You say you've been through water and it's all clean, but have you actually been and had a look inside at the belts pulleys fans etc to make sure there isn't a bit of twig or reed stuck inside?

noo prob thats the only thing I can think of to be honest also if there's anything stuck in the brakes/UJ's props etc. all yer moving parts
