I forced my wiper blades down after "fixing" the park switch, which didn't fix the park problem.

Now my wipers aren't moving and the gears in the wiper motor aren't moving either.

Fuses are okay and the motor is getting power.... Thoughts? Suggestions?

If the gears in motor aren't working and there is power to it, then it could be the park switch. before you buy a new motor, put 12v directly to the motor feed. If the motor doesn't run, you need a new unit. Once the motor is sorted, check that you can move the wipers by pulling and pushing the end of the wire/spring that drives them from the motor. It will be a bit stiff, but still move smoothly.

If the motor is turning and the gear wheel doesn't, check that the circlip which holds the gearwheel in place is still in place, otherwise it does not connect to the park switch and lifts itsself off the motor spindle worm.

The motor should not move at all and it should be held in place by the clamp strap, which also acts as the earth to the body.
Movement on the motor will reduce the stroke on the rack.

The strip of rubber you have jammed in at the top should be fitted to/around the clamp bracket.o_O

It should look like this; as tottot says ...
