got a problem with me window wipers on me plaxton cheetah which is a Mercedes vario 814 basically.
The wipers park in a normal position but when you turn them on they go down lower before coming up which causes them to run of the screen. They also every now and again hit each other (drivers goes down and hits the passenger wiper) causing them to go of the window screen. It only does it when wet as it dries out it goes back to normal.
Now I have looked at the linkages there is a little play but not that much and there is a small bit of play in the drivers spindle. I don't think this is the cause as why would it run down because of that
is it a case of a knackered motor
and yes I am aware its ####ed lol before someone is kind enough to state it.
any knowledge would be good great im sure its simple but its got me head confuzzled.
oh and would them hitting be a mot fail
