It's a solid lump of metal with holes and studs in the right places. How wrong can they get it???

i have got some rather large tyres that rub on my radius arms so reducing my steering lock

Are they on alloys? And are they BFG 265/75/16's?

I've never had a wheel bearing break-up at speed, but one or two on here have and it's fookin scary / dangerous.

no they are on steel modulars and the are hancooks MTs 305/70/16s

Yeah, i did remember!!!...Thrown into oncoming traffic at 80 on the AA30

but i reckon NOT having spacers was what knackered me coz i got those stoopid alloys, which reduce the offset and probly wears em just as bad as normal wheels WITH spacers would.

i think i will just leave alone they are to much money and can cause to many problems anyways i have put up with it for 2 years now what is another 10 going to hurt

It kind of "tweaked" me into the oncoming traffic at a fast overtaking (3 lane) bit, which shat me up a bit! I only ask coz i reckon spacers on my (stupid) wheels would probably give the offset the bearings are designed for (having compared them to Trewey's, which are on modulars) but reckon i'l just get some sensible wheels instead.

think it might be best cant beat my steels thay knock back it shape with a hammer

Don't forget, you can use the rubbing on the radius arm as a wheel locker as well in really muddy situations!!!
