can you give me some info on wheel spacers (30mm),has anybody fitted them so they can fit alloys on a early 90 are they any good?.

Why cant you fit alloys on? Should still fit. Unless you mean TD5 disco/P38 alloys in which case its £350 adaptors (shudder)
heres a good one? do you like spending around £150 and doing through wheel bearings? they create alot of wear cos of the offset. Really not recommend to be honest
Cheaper and less wear to widen your wheels arches and adjust steering stops

yer dun't wanna be fittin them - not if yer like yer wheel bearins in one piece.

Ere Celtic, i thort you did this fred before when you had the 110 and were askin bout the wheels?
If yer fittin alloys then dint worry too much bout the bearings story, all they do is offset the alloys by about the same amount as steel wheels offset anyway, so there ain't a lot of difference in loading, (cept alloys dint weigh the same as steels.) and they will make the car sit better on the wheels. Don't bother fittin em on steels though, not much point i dint think, and you will change the bearing loading detrimentally
