Plastikote do a plastics paint and Halfrauds do a Plastic bumper spray primer. But if you want a really good primer get yur self down to a good modelling shop and buy the one they use for painting their plastic cars and such.

I have just finnished a can of this (sore head now) and its one of the best sprays I have ever used. There is not a lot of info about this product because its meant to be a "trade only" paint and your meant to know what you can use it on.

Its a brilliant plastic/metal primer and sticks really well, touch dry/over paintable in about an hour (depending on how thick you lay it on) and sets rock solid after about 2 days.

I use it in conjunction with Trade Spray - Matt Black for most LR related painting (bumpers, brake servo, steering, heater box, seat rails the works!

Redhand/Disco, thanks very much

Can i ask, not sure if you have done this. As the arches are semi rigid have you noticed if the paint cracks and lifts if the arch is bent?
