Ah, glad it's not just me then.I'm keen to know this too. Viewed two at the weekend and both did it. I actually pulled over thinking there was a problem!
Different noise, different place. So why isn't it the fbh?
Different noise, different place.
Well this is proving a stranger one than I thought.expect it's nothing like ur fuel pump, pas , alternator bearings etc
did once have a starter motor cause a bearing sort of noise
wasn't there something about the crankshaft pulley causing a grumble noise, ??
It starts 30 seconds or so after engine is started
It sounds like the FB but deeper. From the engine area and starts about 30 seconds after starting, lasts about 3-4 seconds.
Noticed it on other FL1's I looked at, so I'm assuming it's normal, just curious
Oeerr, yes it is and so where all the others I noticed it on.daft question
ur isn't an auto is it ??
Oeerr, yes it is and so where all the others I noticed it on.

jbenekeor back me up, they think I've got the heebie geebiesBlimey! is this another super paranoid noise i`ve not come across before????
