What do you think - Fair price?

I like to give my TD4 a mini service every 6k miles or so and have been quoted £140 for changing the oil and oil filter, air filter and crankcase breather filter. (parts incl.) I would normally do this for myself but having just started a new business I just don't have the time at the mo.

Would you say this is a fair price or should I shop around a bit more?

Oil + filter and air filter, £50.00
Crankcase filter, just the filter £10, (filter and housing £35)

So min £60 in parts

Add labour not to bad a price if the crankcase filter comes with the housing.
