This is probly a stupid question but im trying to identify some things in my 95 disco. Here goes,

Pic no.1 - Whats this? it lives inside the dash behind the stereo
pic no.2 -this is under the passenger seat.
pic no.3 - this under the driver seat but im sure its not part of the hands free box as it comes from under the carpet.

any taughts?

pic no1---speaker plug, for a old stereo

pic no2 ---old din plug/lead off a old type sony cd changer

pic no 3--- phone arial plug, will go to a hands free box

now thats got me thinking, could pic 1 be the red and black wires that work the rear door speekers? how would I test it?

Could the DIN in pic 2 power a CB radio?

a 9volt battery is good for checking the speakers, just dab it on the connections and listen for a noise from the speakers

as for the din lead there will be another end to it somewhere behind the dash ! its no good for powering owt up tho, the cable in it is only for low ampage
