Bast*rd car

We went over to the horses to put their rugs on, and when we walked back
across the fields it was apparant that all was not well with the rangie

If you call flames out the windows and lots of smoke not well!

The brigade (bless em) were with us in 5 minutes, but alas, that was 5
minutes too many

My rangie is dead!

what the brigade can't work out is how its started.

It looks like it started somewhere in the offside rear area, based on where
the scorch marks are.

We don't know if some little ****e did it whilst we were across the fields,
or if it was a problem.

I'm going to go and cry into my hot tea now

Bad luck. Petrol or diesel? If petrol maybe overheated brakes under the fuel
filler line?

Deepest sympathy :-(

If it's (sorry, was) a petrol engine with cats then maybe the cats set
fire to the grass underneath? Not very likely in this weather though.

Whatever the reason, I'm sorry to hear of your sad loss ... want to buy
a Series 2a?

Regards

I don't recommend that, makes it salty.

I could excuse your getting ****ed, mind. You've not had much luck with
rangies.

Didn't you have a vehicle go up in flames before, or have I got the wrong
person?

yep two and a bit years ago, lost a 1974 diesel to arsonists, totally
uninsured on that one, at least this time its fully comp.

The cd-changer/old radio gubbins in the rear right of the load bay are the
primary suspects at the moment
