Well hello folks

I everyone. I have just joined this mad and excirting world. Been an admirer of Land Rover Defenders for a long time and have decided I just need to have one. I have just bought a 1992 Defender 90 200tdi. I am hoping to learn how to do most jobs on it myself hence purchase of 200tdi...been a biker for past 25 years but the plan is that I will sell the bike and spend my life playing with my new toy...or working on it. I would love to meet up with other Land Rover Defender luvers to share our joy, passion and no doubt some nightmares too....I am hoping to initially watch others repair and maintain their machines and assist where I can to increase my knowledge and people who can share my passion. I stay in Hamilton and if you live local hopefully we can meet to look at our toys and be of help where poss....I just luv the look of them and they are the ultimate boys toy...looking forward to bonding with my Landy over next 40 years....chow for now...John
