Hi, i am after someone (either a garage or private job) to repair a subframe mount on my freelander 1. I neither have the facilities to DIY at present, or know someone decent locally. The only welding spot here i know of is a bit questionable.
It is a fairly straightforward and quick job for what it is. If i had a MIG welder i wouldn't hesitate, so it would probably make someone a decent morning/afternoon side job.. It's basically a case of welding the crack up, then reinforcing with two bits of plating welded to the chassis leg. The plates need three holes drilling. Subframe needs to be lowered to get access, but doesn't need to be removed and it is easy/quick to do.

I can tidy it up ready for welding, make plates/templates and lower the subframe if needs be, so i could get away with someone who just welds. However, i have little free time, so it would be better to get it all done on one of my days off by someone who know's the in's and out's of what's involved.
