well good news! took her in for the mot, was sort of wondering if it would pass as it seems to be a bit wollowy on the road, panhard bush? other related factors?
no! everything all tight, no play, Mot tester( garage owner) really thought she was very good, well kept and clean! through the summer i had fitted new shocks, waxoyled all the underside, through the inside of chassis etc, but had this steering bug, ever since i fitted a new drag link for last MOT, the steering wheel has been a bit off centre, took it into ****fit last Feb to have tracking done as a precaution, came out tracked up and steering wheel no better, so today after mot had it 4 wheel Hawk eye lined up, steering wheel back in the centre, drove home and what a difference, all positive feel through the steering,
so all my preventative maintenance etc must of paid off! onto next thing,
gonna book it in for a Dyna chip re map, as it is as flat as a fart compared to my last old girl, she had been done from new!
so a good day!
