Not able to help on hose, I use a paraffin gun with my compressor. This works very well and applies waxoil (heated and thinned with white spirit) to outer surfaces as well as blowing into chassis drain holes etc. I have removed a door hinge screw and pumped waxoil in there from paraffin gun.

Depends on make of gun, most have a cavity hose as an accessory that can be purchased from a retailer. The usual set up is a nozzle that is screwed on and with a bit of hunting about you can find a threaded barbed hose fitting of the right size and get a bit of pipe for it. Then block the end of the pipe and drill 3 or 4 small holes around the end of it so it sprays out at 90 degrees to the pipe.

Yes you can, I got one as an accessory for a schutz gun, cost about 4 quid I believe.
Cannot remember if it was fleabay or amazon.

If you buy Bilt Hamber's Dynax S50 in spray cans, it comes with a long thin hose with a turned brass nozzle with radial holes to help spread it everywhere. No need to thin it down to get it to spray properly, and unlike Waxoyl, it actually works too:
