.... and not a drop to drink
On a recent trip into the badlands of Londontown's east end, noticed the
temp guage rising a little - nothing unusual in that really, the 110 still
doesn't like traffic much.
Later noticed tell-tale steam rising - oh oh.
Opening the bonnet revealed a steam barh in a rather garish hue of green.
Further examination revealed cooling system (almost) empty.
Fearing the worst I borrowed a bucket from the client and refilled the rad
and header - fired up and the cause became apparent - pinpick in the top
hose.
Bluetack, gaffer-tape and tie-wraps seems to have effected a reasonable
temporary repair.
Now then chaps (and chapesses), pray tell if you know, is the top hose
something I can get from my local orange&black motorists superstore or do
I need to contact paddocks/beamends/etc.?
Thanks for reading.
