Water Pump

Could somebody confirm that I can replace the water pump on my 1983 Vogue with part number STC1610. My Rangy did start life with air con, but this has all been removed, and therefore I'm guessing that I don't need the air con water pump as I think the only difference is the additional pulley. If that all makes sense, could someone in the know please advise?
