Just a quick couple of questions.

Firstly, to replace the foam seal between the windscreen and bulkhead, I obviously need to raise the roof. To do this how many bolts do I need to remove. Is it just the front of the vehicle or do I need to go all the way around and remove all the bolts.?!

I've had a smallish leak around the front of my bulkhead for a while now, unfortunately of late it seems to have worsened. Recently I replaced the windscreen rubber seal, I also replaced the hinged windscreen bracket gasket which appeared to be leaking, initially this appeared to be successful. I've also purchase a set of the traditional old style rubber vent seals to replace my existing crappy foam ones. Lastly I've just order new door seals. Is there anything I'm missing.?! :)

Did this on mine back in the summer.

I undid all the bolts along the roof to windscreen (8 of them) and loosened off the body to tub bolts just by the doors.

Then undid the windscreen to bulkhead fixings.

Then two of us pushed the roof up and lifted the screen out.

Mine had some light surface rust starting at the edges so I treated and painted it before refitting the seal and screen.

I also changed the foam vent seals for series rubber ones.

On mine I just undid the hinge brackets and the whole windscreen frame lifted up, so you might have enough space to do it that way. I just filled mine with tiger seal and it seems to have worked so far, but that was a messy job!
