Your best bet is going to be second hand. There are lots available on eBay and Facebook etc.

Can't seem to find any on ebay, just one which looks f**ked

Seem to remember we have had this before where they are No longer available or mortgage costs. someone was trying to make over lays or something.
Have a search.

There are a few different 1s I believe, maybe 1 of them would have the same lights (different places) but could be used.

Yeah I'm trying to source like the screen + pcb for it now, these are now hard to find for sure!

I just did a quick search and this popped up seems to still be active.
Not sure it is what you need as in lights and arrangement but its complete.

There certainly were lots available as I was looking for a very late mode one with the separate indicator warnings and kept getting notifications for the older style. But as @marjon says they are not cheap as I do
Not think they are available new anymore. You might also have more luck getting a whole dash binicle that comes with it fitted than just the panel. E.g.



EDIT: I may have a spare in the box of bits form my rebuild that I am slowly going through and selling. I will check for you.

pcb is corroded and overlay is unreadable also

Ah, my pcb was rusty but it cleaned up.
