Time to get this feckin axle sorted I reckon. I really don't want to replace the whole bloody thing as
it's daft money for no reason. I don't think whoever put the epoxy on has used anywhere near enough. They
have used a thin bead round the back diff pan. I'm gonna clean it out again myself & get a boat load of
the stuff all round the axle 'bulb'

It's got a new diff & there's nowt wrong with the bearings etc. I really want to get going on the chassis
as soon as possible, but this axle is doing me head in. I'm wondering if a blocked breather is making it
worse? How do I check for a blocked breather?

Cheers

Unscrew it and see if it rattles when you shake it and if you can blow
through it.
