vibration at 65-70 +

i have an 01 disco 2 and it drives fine until i reach 65-70 and then its a rough vibration. its not the balancing of tires. i know that feel..its rough. it just started happeneing after i got a new drive shaft put on after the uv joint broke. i just put a new shaft on because the yoke was bad. it also seems that when i let go of the throttle it stops so i thought it could be the engine? any clues??

Did you fit a new or used prop as its possible the shaft is out of balance.
