VCU Temperature

If I do a run of around 6 miles ...... and touch VCU it is warm.......not hot
is this normal. If friction increases ..... on the way to failure would temperature increase......is this something to watch out for.... ????:rolleyes:
 
Yes, that is normal. Time to worry if it is very hot, locked up all the time and loading the other transmission component, or cold when you have no rear wheel drive.
