I'm busy fitting new bearings to my vcu but there so tight there not spinning am I doing something wrong or is that how they are

I'll be doing the same soon! Sounds like you might have hit them too hard, should spin freely! They will free up tho.

just taped them on with a socket and one doesnt even spin at all i also learne that when you use a reverse puller to remove the old ones cover the end of the shaft where the threads are as i damaged mine on the inside where the prop to vcu bolt goes
