Various warning lights coming on.

I have a Disco II series (51 Plate), and every now and again i get a few warning lights come on. up to now i have just shut off the engine and restarted everything seems ok.

Hower this morning i had more lights come on so thought I would ask the question.

All 3 lghts came on together

Hill Descent control warning lamp
ABS Warning lamp
Traction Control Warning lamp.

Any ideas please.

Also now the lights are off, would interegating the ECM show what the fault is or would I be wasting my money
