V8 LPG insurance

Hi peeps,

Long story short is I drive Landcruisers for my work and cannot add my Discovery to the policies.

Its worth naff all ( £400) and i'll do 4000 miles yearly tops in it.

I'm 27 and have 10 points

My company whom I do business insurance with want £1550

It's a L reg 5 door V8 ES spec 3900cc with LPG.

Can anyone suggest a insurance company who isn't go rip me off!

They just quoted me nearly a grand!

I live in a decent area , along a crime free road with properties fetching between £230,000 - £470,000.

Could be my speeding points I suppose.

I imagine the point don't help the cause to be honest, also, low vehicle values can sometimes be an issue if the vehicle hasn't been owned for a period of time.

They probably find someone with 10 points driving around with a large tank of explosive gas on board is quite a high risk

I have v8 lpg, with esure £689, 6yrs no claims. Me and the mrs on it.

Try money super market, thats where i got that quote

Can anyone suggest a insurance company who isn't go rip me off! It's not a rip off it's a reflection on how you drive! Learn to drive within the speed limit, you'll be amazed how the price of insurance goes down.
