Hi everyone,
For the 3rd time this year my Disco has suffered fom an engine oil leak from the inlet exhaust manifold or so the dealer informs me. Yes I am out in Saudi and the car has a full service history, she has covered only 80,000Km would like to do more but can't get her out of the workshop. The dealer is holding the car under warrenty and has contacted Land Rover UK but no response as yet (3 weeks has passed).
My life is not worth living at the moment as my wife wanted to purchase a land cruiser but I didn't listen, as I had, had a 1998 Disco that cover 261,000 Km, before requireing an engine overhaul. They do get under your skin but this car is testing my patience.
Any advice would be extremly helpful, trust me the workshop out here is in need of experianced mechanics.
If they resolve this problem should I keep the car or is it time to move on, I have no confidance in the car. On that note neither does my wife in me.
